“The Season of Giving isn’t over.  It’s all year long.” Is the theme for this year’s annual campaign which began on April 1. Without the support of our financial donors, Helping Hands cannot continue to provide the high level of services for which we are known.

The Garden at Helping Hands is almost complete, but there are still places for bricks, boulders and tables, used to acknowledge gifts to the campaign. Cities in Rockwall County have agreed to let Helping Hands place benches in city parks acknowledging a contribution too.

Acknowledgement levels are

  • Contributor: $251-499 | Brick with name in the Garden at Helping Hands
  • Sustainer: $500 - $1,499 | Boulder with name in the Garden at Helping Hands
  • Patron: $1,500 - $4,999 | Bench with name in a city park
  • Underwriter: $5,000 -$9,999 | Table in the Garden at Helping Hands
  • Benefactor: $10,000 + | Naming area in the Garden at Helping Hands.

Helping Hands welcomes donations in many different forms:

  • Cash donations may be made by:
    • Mailing a check to Post Office Box 375, Rockwall, TX 75087
    • Bringing the donation to either of the agency´s locations
    • Using Pay Pal at this web site
  • Donations for food may be made at Building A at 950 Williams Street. Please call (972) 771-4357 to be sure the office will be open.
  • Donations of household goods and clothing are accepted between 9 and 4:30 Monday through Saturday in the rear of Building B at 950 Williams Street.

The Royse City location (508 C East I-30) accepts donations between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursdays only

Rockwall County Helping Hands is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax deductible to extent allowed by law. Helping Hands is not allowed to assign a value to your donation; you should check with your tax preparer or financial advisor for a value.
