Health Services

The Health Center of Helping Hands is operated out of the Reeves Service Center at 102 South First Street Ste B. The Center serves uninsured and underinsured residents of Rockwall County as well as Medicaid and Medicare recipients. Rockwall County residents living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for fees based on a sliding scale.

The Health Center of Helping Hands is Rockwall County's only clinic serving uninsured and underinsured residents. The Center served 1,453 new patients and 3,756 established patients in 2009. The Center has also recently contracted with Amerigroup and Parkland Medicaid to become a preferred provider since there are currently no physicians in the County taking new Medicaid patients.

  • TB testing for children

Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday in the Reeves Service Center, Suite B, on the lower level. Please call for more information at 972-772-8194.
